Phillip Island Official WorldSBK Test

Ryan and the Motocorsa Team arrived in Australia in a positive mindset ahead of the Official WorldSBK test. Philip Island was a circuit Ryan had never even visited, but he was feeling confident after two good tests in Europe.
On day one, Ryan and the Team spent the two sessions learning more about how he likes the bike to feel and how to get the best from the package. Finishing the second session with a lap time of 1.29.982 was what the Team needed, putting him in P8 overall and making everyone very happy. On Day Two, the best times of the day came in the morning session with dry conditions, before rain started just before the final two-hour session.
Ryan Vickers: My first experience of Phillip Island. Wow, what a circuit! It is so fast, and I couldn't get over how fast turn one is! There are some fantastic corners, and I will never forget my first laps here.
The Team did a fantastic job, giving me a great bike, which we were able to improve a lot towards the end. My feeling is improving, and I also understand the chassis and the electronics on the Ducati a little more.
The Team is all very happy, and the atmosphere is great. We are in the right place to be in the mix, and I'm ready to start my first-ever WorldSBK race weekend.
