The 2025 Season has well and truly started for Ryan after completing a two day Official WorldSBK test at Jerez with the Motocorsa Team.

On day one he got straight to work with his new crew-chief and mechanics, completing over 80 laps and got the Ducati V4R feeling like it was his bike.

Overall I am very happy with how the test at Jerez went. The weather forecast wasn't looking like we were going to be getting any dry laps at all, but we were lucky enough to get one full day dry. This was great for us as we had a list of things we wanted to get through and we were able to work to eliminate any issues straight away and by the end of the day I was really comfortable and more confident with the bike, and I was really happy with the front feeling.

We obviously didn't ride on day two, so we didn't get to progress onto the rear of the bike and more electronics but these aren't as big and the changeable track conditions weren't going to help at all.  So, really happy with the work done, with my new crew chief and new mechanics, and new tyre lady, at this test, so a lot of new people in the team, but everyone handled it very well and we had a really great relationship together, I really enjoyed working with all of them. I feel that the team is bonding really well and for our first test together, everyone worked seamlessly, with no mistakes, so we came away from the two-day test very happy.

We now head to Portimão for the 28th and 29th of January, so hopefully a couple of dry days there at a circuit I rode back in 2019 although I haven't been there for a while, it's a circuit I really enjoy. I'm excited to be going back there and this time on the Ducati World Superbike and look forward to progressing more on the bike and with the team.

Finally, I would like to say a massive thanks to everyone for all their help and support and I will update you all again after Portimão.
